I've never seen a landscape with the unique textures of Iceland and found this wilderness to be perfectly inspiring to the Saint Owen aesthetic. I loved the often foreboding skies that evoked a feeling a somber beauty. The contrast of dark lava rock with chartreuse moss and aqua hot springs felt like velvet grit and brought to mind beautifully marbled tortoise and translucent acetates.
